First we understand. Then we build.
VYTHO AI Agency builds custom systems and apps for companies, connected to everything you already use. We also build websites, on their own or together with a system. We are based in Nafpaktos, Greece, with clients from Athens to Aitoloakarnania. Every project starts with a free workflow mapping: we come to your company, sit next to your team and record how each person really works. That is what we build on.
How we work
Five things that do not change, whatever the project.
-
Mapping before code.
We come to your company and record how each person really works, not how management thinks they work.
-
The system adapts to you.
We build on your real work. You do not change the way you work to fit a ready-made program.
-
AI only where it solves a real problem.
We use artificial intelligence where it solves a real problem. Nowhere else.
-
The price comes after the mapping.
Once we know what you need, we tell you what it costs. No surprises along the way.
-
We stay after delivery.
We train your team and stay close when something comes up.
What we build
Systems and apps first. Websites when you need one. A system, a website or both: you only take what you need.
Systems and apps
Customers, appointments, orders and payments in one place. Reminders, invoices, stock and routes happen by themselves. It connects with the software you already use and opens on phone, tablet and computer, with nothing to install.

On their own or together with a system. Fast and clean, with a booking or contact form that comes straight to you. In as many languages as you need. It can connect with your system, for example for appointments.
